Ground Floor Layout
The access to the chalet is up a flight of external steps and is to the side of the property and has one half of the garden. As you enter, there is a good sized entrance area with large cupboards plus extra hooks for coats etc. Off the entrance area there is a separate toilet with additional hanging space/coat drying area. Off the entrance area is the open plan fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar area. Just beyond the kitchen is a dining space with large table and chairs for seating for up to 10 people. Good sized open plan lounge space with L shaped sofa and leather armchair with stool. Large TV with UK Freeview channels. Off the living space is a set of French windows to access one side of the garden that has a good sized terrace which will have table and chairs and gas BBQ. The terrace leads to the garden that will have the pool and the trampoline and there is an external set of stairs down to the parking area.

Top Floor Layout
There is a set of stairs off the entrance area that access the top of the chalet. At the top of the top of the stairs there is a large family bathroom with massive walk in shower, full sized bath, basin and toilet. The next room along the landing is bedroom 1 with is a children’s room with a set of bunk beds plus a single pull out sofa bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed plus office area with desk and chair plus built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is the large master room with double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and basin. On the landing space there is a cupboard with a 10kg washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

There is a small lockable cave off the main parking area for the storage of bikes.

Fast fibre optic internet to be installed by Summer 24.

IMPORTANT NOTE: 2 house trained cats will be staying in the property for the duration of the rental.
