The main living area includes a good-sized full equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens onto the open plan dining area and good-sized sitting room with balcony and views over Morzine. Bedroom 1 is a double/twin room with its own en-suite shower room and access to the balcony. There is also a separate toilet next to the room that is situated on the same floor.

Descending to the floor below, there are 4 other bedrooms overlooking the little garden and Morzine. 3 of the bedrooms can either be a double or twins and one of the bedrooms has a single bed plus a set of bunk beds.
